Instructions for Paying by Money
Order/Cashier's Check

Product will be shipped when the check
clears.
Note: We also suggest sending mailed
payments to Kozy Komforts by Federal Express, UPS, etc. to
track shipment more efficiently.
Shipping & Handling
Kozy Komfort orders will be shipped via Priority Mail at no
additional charge. Orders are shipped within 5 business days.
Note: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping costs vary based on product and
quantity ordered. Shipping
is quoted during the placement of the order, but before
checkout.
Shipping prices will be slightly higher
outside the continental US and Canada.

We accept credit cards!
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Optima, Discover
and VISA Check cards.
Kozy Komforts accepts money orders,
cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S.
Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money
order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks,
please allow up to 7 banking days after receipt for clearance
of funds before the order is processed.
We will charge a $15.00 (U.S.) fee on
all returned checks.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not
satisfied with your order simply return it to us for a full
refund (less any shipping charges). A receipt is required on
all returns. If your product is defective in any way for up to
90 days we will exchange it for a new one at no charge.
Returns
Please contact Kozy Komforts if you need to return an order.
Please remember that orders may take up to 5 days to be
processed plus the shipping time.
Priority Mail generally ships within 2-3 days, but
occasionally can take up to 10 days. The returned order must
include a receipt. Shipping both ways are the responsibility
of the buyer. Returns
to Kozy Komforts should be sent via UPS, FedEx, or US Postal
all with Delivery Confirmation to ensure the package is
received by Kozy Komforts.
Privacy Policy
We respect our customer's privacy. Your information will
not be sold to a third party for any reason. All information
is used solely for the purpose of processing orders. We will,
from time to time, send you information in regards to our
company and our product line. If at any time you do not wish
to receive this information we will respect your wishes and
remove your name.
